Founded by child and brain development nutritional advisor Georgia O’Neill, the platform bridges the gap between research and everyday parenting, translating complex nutritional science into practical advice families can use at home.

With a background in psychology and mental health, Georgia created Parent Proof Nutrition after noticing how little accessible, science-backed information was available to parents navigating early childhood nutrition. The company’s approach combines nutritional neuroscience, behavioural psychology, and child development research to support better focus, mood, and learning outcomes in children.

“Parents are bombarded with conflicting information online - what’s healthy, what’s not, what’s trending,” explains Georgia. “We wanted to create a reliable, evidence-based source that empowers families to make informed choices without the overwhelm.”

Parent Proof Nutrition currently offers one-to-one Child Nutrition & Brain Development Programs, free educational resources, and research summaries written in simple language. The program covers key areas such as iron, omega-3 fatty acids, and gut-brain connections; nutrients that directly influence cognitive growth, behaviour, and emotional regulation.

The launch comes at a time when the UAE continues to prioritise children’s wellbeing and educational outcomes, making science-driven nutritional support increasingly relevant to parents, nurseries, and schools.
