By using this website or booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Services

• All guidance is educational and not medical advice.

• Georgia O’Neill is a qualified Child Nutrition & Brain Development Specialist, not a medical doctor.

• Services do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

• Parents should always consult a paediatrician for medical concerns.

3. Client Responsibilities

By participating in the program, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for sharing accurate information about your child.

• You will seek medical advice if any assessments raise concerns.

• You will monitor your child for discomfort, reactions, or symptoms.

• You will make appropriate lifestyle decisions for your child based on your own judgment.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payment is due in full before starting sessions, unless otherwise agreed.

• Fees are non-refundable once sessions begin.

• Cancelling within 24 hours may result in a session being deducted from your plan.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Repeated cancellations may delay or impact program progress.

• Georgia O’Neill reserves the right to discontinue services if necessary, with notice.

  
  

6. Intellectual Property

All worksheets, assessments, session materials, and resources provided to you:

• Are for personal use only

• May not be copied, shared, or distributed

• May not be used commercially

  
  

7. Confidentiality

All client records-including assessments, forms, notes, and document-are kept strictly confidential except where legally required.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the program, you agree that:

• You use the information at your own discretion

• Parent Proof Nutrition is not liable for adverse reactions or outcomes

• No results are guaranteed

• You remain fully responsible for all decisions regarding your child's health and care

9. Termination

Either party may end the program at any time with notice.
Unused sessions are handled according to the refund policy stated above.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UAE law.
