Why I'm Qualified

Parent Proof is built by myself, Georgia - a certified Advanced Child Brain Nutritional Advisor with a Master’s in Psychology and years of experience in mental health and research. But maybe most importantly, I’m a mum of 2 ! I know first hand the struggles of raising young kids, and yes, getting them to eat well!

I’m under no illusion that this is easy. While my role is to advise, my real aim is to educate you and give you the tools to make informed decisions with confidence.

I’m well-versed in research, but I also know most parents aren’t - and you shouldn’t be at a disadvantage because of that. That’s why I break down the latest studies into easy, bite-sized (excuse the pun) snippets, sent straight to your inbox.

A paediatrician focuses on medical conditions, and a dietitian can provide meal plans, but Parent Proof Nutrition takes a more holistic, behavioural approach. I look at your child’s nutrition, growth, brain development and feeding environment together. This means we focus not just on what your child eats, but how and why.

Everything I share is based on real research, not trends or personal opinions. And I'lll always explain what’s fact and what’s still being studied.

The 8-session framework includes:

    Each session builds on the last - with tools, forms, and practical “homework” to help you make real progress between sessions.

    All sessions are delivered online, with flexible timing to work around your busy schedule.

Definitely! Picky eating is something that is so common. I’ll help you find practical ways to shift habits, and build confidence at mealtimes. The goal is to make eating feel easier and more enjoyable for your child, without turning it into a battle.

Your effort is a big part of your child’s progress. Between sessions, you’ll be asked to complete short forms, observe certain habits, and make small, realistic changes at home. The program works best when parents are consistent and open. I’ll guide you through each step, but your participation is what turns advice into real results.

Our content is most relevant for parents of children aged birth–12, though some info may apply to older kids too. We will also be introducing some content for pregnant mothers so keep your eyes peeled for that.

Yes, we often cover how diet can support focus, mood, and behaviour, including in children with neurodivergent needs and as always, backed by real studies.
