Why I'm Qualified

Parent Proof is built by myself, Georgia - a certified Advanced Child Brain Nutritional Advisor with a Master’s in Psychology and years of experience in mental health and research. But maybe most importantly, I’m a (soon to be) mum of 2 ! I know first hand the struggles of raising young kids, and yes, getting them to eat well!

I’m under no illusion that this is easy. While my role is to advise, my real aim is to educate you and give you the tools to make informed decisions with confidence.

I’m well-versed in research, but I also know most parents aren’t - and you shouldn’t be at a disadvantage because of that. That’s why I break down the latest studies into easy, bite-sized (excuse the pun) snippets, sent straight to your inbox.

No, definitely not! In fact, we specifically avoid most research talking about weight gain etc, as what we are more focused on is the brain, behaviour, sleep, intelligence, learning and development.

Everything we share is based on real research, not trends or personal opinions. And we’ll always explain what’s fact and what’s still being studied.
